Introduction

corn grits corn grits
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    -Polenta-
    2 cups Bob's Mill Organic Polenta
    3 Tbs butter
    1/2 tsp Cumin, white pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder

    1 large zucchini or any squash
    2 yellow squash
    1 onion
    1 large pototoe
    1 bunch green onions
    2 cups tomatoe sauce
    dash crush red pepper, black pepper, garlic powder, cumin
    1 Tbs fresh Italian parsley
    1 tsp fresh tarragon


Directions

Turn heat to med, add olive oil to pan add onion and pototoes
cook 10 min
add all the remaining veggies and all other sauce ingredients
simmer with lid and start polenta instructions.

Follow polenta instructions and dashes of crushed rep pepper, white pepper, garlic powder, crushed corriander or whatever other spices you prefer. Mold polenta and slice into 8 slices. Pan sear with olive oil, serve with sauce onto. Enjoy.
