This soup is a favourite up north when the plane can`t make it in and we have no fresh ingredients (safe those we catch ourselves). This soup is lactose free, gluten free, primal, atkins, and zone friendly. Ingredients

1 can coconut milk (I use full fat)
3 cup chicken broth
9 oz Arctic Char (grilled or baked with salt)
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp ground ginger
2 carrots, sliced
2 tsp green curry paste
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Bring to boil, then simmer 15 minutes, adding shrimp 10 minutes before done.
Tastes best if left over night and reheated.
Refrigerate leftovers
