Introduction

Ingredients

2 15 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 medium onion diced
1/4 C. olive oil
3 garlic cloves minced
pepper to taste
Directions
Drain most of the liquid off the tomatoes and keep for another occasion.
Cook diced onion, minced garlic & olive oil until onion is tender. Add tomatoes and cook until desired consistency. (I cook most of the liquid out).
Serve over a little pasta with or without chicken.
