    1 can starkist very low sodium tuna (drained)
    2 tbsp reduced fat olive oil mayo (Kraft)
    1 tbsp finely chopped green pepper

    combine the two items above and add spices to taste (I usually add dash of cayenne pepper, paprika, onion and garlic powder)
