Ingredients

    5 Packets: NuStevia No Carb Blend packet
    Canola Oil, .25 cup
    Water, tap, .25 cup
    EnerG Egg Replacer, 1 T.
    Yellow Self-Rising Corn Meal Mix (Martha White), 1.5 cup
    Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, .5 cup
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 1 cup

Directions

Combine ingredients, stir until well blended. Scoop into PAMed muffin tins. Bake at 450 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
