Introduction

This is sooooo good, in P4 I layer with gingersnaps & fruit.
I used strawberries but any berries can be used for this. just calculate if higher sugar type fruit

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 oz cream cheese softened
    4 oz sour cream
    1/4 C Truvia or 4- 5 packets (or 1/4 c Sugar)
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    Your favorite berries

Directions

with electric mixer combine cream cheese and sugar. Mix until creamy and sugar is mostly dissolved. Add the sour cream and vanilla.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes until it thickens.
serve in custard dishes with fresh berries.
frozen mango is great, or chopped strawberries.
