Ingredients

Frozen Fruit Cups
makes 48 fruit cups
2 cans (20 oz. each) diced pineapple
2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries, thawed
2 cans (12 oz. each) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
6 medium firm bananas, cubed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into unlined muffin cups (or small plastic cups) and freeze until solid then pop out of muffin tins (can place bottom of muffin tin in a little warm water to pop out easily!) and put into airtight freezer bags. Thaw slightly before serving.
If you want to eat them right away without thawing, use the plastic cup (3 oz size) and insert a popsicle stick before freezing. When you remove it from the freezer, use your hands to "warm" the cup for a few seconds and the frozen fruit cup with pop right out!
You also might want to try a blending all of the ingredients together in a blender or food processor, pour it into the individual cups, add a popsicle stick, and then freeze to give it more of a frozen fruit bar (thing fruit pop!)
Serving Size: Makes 48 individual servings
