Ingredients

    5 carrots, chopped
    6 celery stalks, sliced
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 zucchinis, sliced or chopped
    1 cup bell pepper, chopped (any color)
    2 x 28oz cans of chopped tomatoes
    8 cups beans (your favorites)
    1 Tbsp ground cumin
    4 Tbsp chili powder
    1 Tbsp cinnamon
    2 Tbsp oregano
    salt to taste

Directions

Chop or slice all vegetables to your size preference. Combine all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours.
