Just so you guys know, the calories are for the COOKED lamb!

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Lamb, Leg, Sirloin Half--3.68 lb (1699 grams)
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 tsp Dried Rosemary


    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Poke small holes in top of lamb sirloin, and insert slivers of chopped garlic. Brush lamb with olive oil, then add about 2 tsp dried rosemary, and salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 350 for about 75 minutes, or until timer indicates meat has reached proper temperature.
