Ingredients

    2 Tbl spoons ofThin Shredded Part Skim Milk Mozzarella Cheese
    1/2 Cup of Liquid Egg Whites
    1/2 Cup Sliced FRESH Cleaned Mushrooms
    1/2 Cup Fresh Rinsed and Cleaned Spinach
    I can't Believe it's not Butter Spray
    *water for steaming Veggies and Spinach*
    *best to cook in a non-stick skillet*

Directions

in a Medium Sized Non-Stick Pan - saute' Sliced Fresh Mushrooms and Spinach on medium heat - add a little water to steam (lightly) - when spinach and mushrooms become soft and wilted and the water has evaporated - remove from pan and spritz the bottom of the same pan with the butter spray - add the liquid egg whites and then re-add the spinach and mushrooms after the egg whites just start to turn white - then let cook till egg whites are almost done.. add mozzarella cheese and cover with lid or tinfoil to help melt the cheese
