Fried rice that is a whole meal!
I don't think animal fats are bad for you, but if you disagree other oils may be substituted

Ingredients

    4 large eggs scrambled
    4 cups cooked rice
    10 thick slices of bacon chopped
    1 cup cooked sliced carrots
    1 can corn drianed
    1 cup slightly cooked frozen peas
    9 tsp bacon grease
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    2 chicken breasts cut into thin slices

Directions

fry bacon
take out and set aside
drain grease, put 3 table spoons back in pan
add chicken, cook chicken
add 1 cup rice, stir, add 1, stir,till all rice is used
add 1 tblsp soy sauce, stir, add, stir, add, stir
add remaining ingredients
cook till peas are all of the way cooked
