Ingredients

    4 salmon steaks
    1 tbsp Garlic-Shallot Mixture (see other recipe)
    2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    juice of one lemon
    salt, to taste
    3 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional)
    lemon wedges (optional)

Directions

Preheat broiler. Rub steaks with Garlic-Shallot Mixture, oil, lemon, and salt. Cook fish as close to heat source as possible about 4 to 8 minutes on each side. Test for doneness by prodding with a fork to see if the flesh separates easily. Salmon steaks can be served hot or cold, and dressed with fresh chopped dill and a lemon wedge or two.
