    4 salmon steaks
1 tbsp Garlic-Shallot Mixture (see other recipe)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    juice of one lemon
    salt, to taste
3 tbsp chopped fresh dill (optional)
    lemon wedges (optional)

Preheat broiler. Rub steaks with Garlic-Shallot Mixture, oil, lemon, and salt. Cook fish as close to heat source as possible about 4 to 8 minutes on each side.
