Ingredients

    8 tomatoes (Peeled and cored)
    1 cucumber (Peeled)
    2/3 small onion
    2-3 cloves garlic
    2T olive oil
    1/2 loaf of the inside of crusty french bread (optional)
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Blend all ingredients add 1-3 cups of water, salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
