Ingredients

    3 lb boneless pork roast
    3 cups fat free chicken broth
    1/4 C Olive Oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    2 T Paprika
    2 T Sage (Ground)
    2 T Oregano
    2 t basil
    1/2 t black pepper






Directions

Mix all ingredients except chicken broth and rub over both sides of roast. Place roast in crock po; add chicken broth. Cook on low 8-10 hours on low, or 4-6 hours on high.

Note: If desired, add potatoes and carrots in the last 3 hours, but if you are counting calories, this recipe is not calculated with any such added ingredients.
