Ingredients

    4 cans (4.5 oz) Starkist Selects Solid Lt Tuna in H2O
    2 cans (4.5 oz) Starkist Selects Very Low Na Chunk White Albacore in H2O.
    8 X-Lg Eggland's Best Boiled eggs
    8 Claussen Dill Pickle Spears
    2 Med Celery Stalks
    1 Bell Pepper
    2 Table Spoon Helmans Canola Mayo
    6-8 Tablespoons Claussen Dill Pickle Juice
    Black Pepper (fresh cracked) to taste

Directions

Rinse tuna under tap water and place in lg mixing bowl.
Coarsely chop pickles, eggs, bell pepper, celery.
Add Mayo, pickle juice- to moisten.
Pepper to taste.

Divide evenly into 1 cup disposable Ziploc containers for lunch on the go or a healthy evening snack.

Stuff a whole tomato, serve on top of salad, or serve on Light Rye Wasa 100% whole grain crisp bread (cracker).
