My favourite tuna salad recipe - great in a sandwich, with crispbread, crackers or on top of a tossed salad (in place of dressing).Easy to take "on the go" and a good source of protein after a hard workout. Ingredients

1 can Clover Leaf Albacore Tuna, reduced sodium
1 1/2 tbsp Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
1 tsp Bick's Dill Pickle Relish
1 tsp VE Guacamole Dip Mix
1/4 tsp VE Dill
1/4 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup radishes, diced
1/4 cup bell peppers, diced (red, green or yellow)
1 tbsp onion, minced
VE Sea Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Drain tuna and flake with a fork.
2. Add mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, VE Guacamole Dip Mix, VE Dill and VE Sea Salt and Black Pepper.
3. Mix in diced celery, radishes, bell pepper and onions.
Serve with crispbread, crackers on a sandwich or in a salad.
Serving Size: Makes 2 - 3/4 cup servings
