    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup chopped red pepper
    1/4 c sugar free pineapple pureed
    2 tap olive oil
    favorite seasonings- I use ginger, cinnamon and garlic
    8 slices bread
    8 slices American cheese

Directions

M1st 4 ingredients along with seasonings
lay 4 bread slices
top with one slice of chees
vege/pineapple mixture
another slice cheese
another slice bread

Cook as you would any grill cheese sandwhch
