Ingredients

2 sticks butter, 1 cup brown sugar (or splenda brown sugar), half cup splenda, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3/4 cup almond meal, 3/4 cup flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, 3 cups quaker old fashioned oats, 1 cup raisins.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl, excluding only the oatmeal and raisins at this point. Mix dry ingredients in to wet ingredients. Make sure it is thoroughly mixed. Add oatmeal and raisins. Scoop by rounded tablespoon on to cookie sheet. I did 4 x 4 on 2 sheets. No nonstick spray is required. Cook from 10 to 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
