Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1 ripe banana
    1 c nut butter
    1 tsp baking soda
    3/4c blueberries, some chopped and some whole
    1.5 tbsp pure maple syrup + 3/4 tsp Truvia
    OR
    3 tsp pure maple syrup
    OR
    1.5 tsp Truvia

Directions

Mix all ingredients except berries in a large bowl until they combine to form a smooth batter. Pour into greased 9 in square pan. Add berries to the pan and stir gently. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
