Introduction

Taken from another users recipe, adapted to my ingredients. 6 weight watcher points each. Taken from another users recipe, adapted to my ingredients. 6 weight watcher points each.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    16 oz. ground venison
    1 cup salsa
    4 tbsp. heinz ketchup
    1 cup dried bread crumbs
    1 large fresh egg
    3 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp. black pepper
    1 tbsp. cider vinegar
    6 tsp. packed brown sugar

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, except 1 T of the ketchup, cider and brown sugar. Using your hand works best! Fill 12 muffin tins. Mix remaining ketchup, vinegar and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spoon over muffins. Bake 350 for 30 minutes.


Serving Size: Makes 6 jumbo muffin size meatloaf muffins.
