Introduction

Ingredients

    2 lb Beef (Roast or Stewmeat)
    1 lb Green Peppers
    1 lb Yellow Peppers
    1 lb Onions
    1 lb Mushrooms
    2 cup Water
    1 cup Soy Sauce
    .5 cup Splenda
    3 tbsp Corn Starch

Tips

Can substitute pork or deer (venison) for beef.


Directions

Cut beef into thin strips and cook on high until outsides are brown. Slice veggies into strips then add to beef and cook until tender crisp. Meanwhile, add remaining ingredients into a seperate container and mix well. Pour over meat & veggies and bring to a boil stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve over rice for a complete meal.
NOTE: half the recipe if you do not have a large wok or 20 inch skillet.
