Ingredients

    15 oz. can Bush's Black Beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup egg substitute
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 T. canola oil
    2 T. unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 cup Splenda (granular, not mixed with sugar)
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 T. Log Cabin Sugar Free Maple Syrup

Directions

Rinse and drain beans and set aside. Put all other ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add the drained beans and puree. Pour into a springform pan that has been sprayed with butter-flavored no-stick spray. (You can also line the pan with parchment paper for easier removal.) Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
