Turkey and Veg Bolognese Turkey and Veg Bolognese
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Turkey Mince
    1 Green Pepper
    1 Red Pepper
    1/2 Yellow Pepper
    12 Mushrooms
    1 Large Onion
    1 Tin of Tomatoes
    1 Tin of Kidney beans in Chilli Sauce

Directions

Chop peppers into strips
Dice onion
Quater mushrooms
Add 1 Kal spray to a wock
Stirfry all veg for 5 mins then remove from heat
Stirfry turkey mince for 20 mins (or until cooked throug)
Add the stirfry veg, tomatoes and kidney beans
Allow to simmer for 5 mins
Serve with wholegrain Spaghetti or brown rice
