Ingredients

    1/4 cup chicken broth
    2 tbsp hoisin sauce
    2 tbsp orange or peach marmalade
    1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1/2 tbsp corn starch
    1/2 tsp sesame oil
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1/2 clove of a garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp Chinese Five-Spice Powder
    1/2 lb pork tenderloin cut in 1/4 inch thick slices
    1 1/2 cups of broccoli, fresh
    white or brown rice

Directions

1. whisk together ingredients from chicken broth to Chinese Five-Spice Powder
2. Heat a wok over high heat and then spray with cooking spray Add pork, cook and stir until pork is no longer pink.
3. Add the broccoli and reduce heat to medium high. Cook for about 3 more minutes.
4. Add sauce and cook until bubbly and the sauce begins to thicken.
5. Serve over cooked, hot rice.
