Ingredients

    4 slices cooked bacon
    1 bag 12 - 16oz broccoli slaw
    1/4 cup greek yogurt - plain
    1/4 cup olive oil reduced fat mayo
    3 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tsp honey
    2 tsp sesame oil
    2 tbsp peanut butter
    1/2 tsp salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 cup diced red onion
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup unsalted dry roasted cashews


Directions

Chop bacon into small bits. Whisk yogurt, mayo, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, peanut butter, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Add everything else and toss to coat. Chill until serving time.
