Ingredients
-
16 oz of lean ground beef
5 or so sliced pickled jalapenos
1.5 wedges of laughing cow Chipotle Cheese wedge (you can use any kind you want) I used two and had left overs.
Note: Monterrey Jack cheese would be good too!!
Directions
In a medium bowl, mix the ground beef together, sprinkle with some black pepper or other seasoning you would like.
In a small bowl combined the jalapenos and cheese.
Measure out your ground beef into 1.5 oz, you should get 10 patties. (they look small, but trust me they'll be normal size when your done)
Now add a tsp or so of your cheese mixture to the center of 5 of the patties. Top the cheese patty with the other patty with nothing on it. Be sure to seal the edges so the cheese doesn't ooze out every where.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes while you fire up the grill!
Place on the grill and cook for about 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Add a whole wheat bun, lettuce and tomatoes. Enjoy your burger!!!
Serving Size: 5 - 3 oz patties

So very TASTY & JUICY!!! You can mix up the ingredients as well. For those who like blue chees, you can substitute the crumbled blue cheese for the other type of cheese. Or you can use the four shredded Mexican cheeses, and give it a Southwestern taste. I like to add some diced onions to mine, as - 12/6/15
