Ingredients

    1.5 oz extra lean ham, diced
    1 package frozen peas
    2 cups White Rice
    1 large onion diced
    4 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
    1 cup Egg Substitute
    1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions

Defrost frozen peas, set aside.
Cook rice in microwave and set aside.
Cook egg substitue and set aside
Brown onions in olive oil. Add ham and brown.
Add all ingredients.

Makes four servings.
