Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 cup of sugar
    1/3 cup of corn starch
    1/4 cup of Unsweetened Cocoa powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    6 tbsp. egg whites

Directions

Combine butter, sugar, salt, corn starch, cocoa and eggs.
Stir and cook slowly add milk stirring constantly add vanilla the end.

You can omit cocoa and add banana or pineapple or coconut. This makes a good pie filling as well.
