Introduction

This glaze is tangy and sweet... the perfect compliment to the fish. Serve with a little brown rice and a fresh spinach, apple, cheddar and walnut salad - SO good! Ingredients

1 package Compliments Balance Wild Pacific Pink Salmon Fillets 454g, thawed
2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed
1 Tbsp ginger root, minced or crushed
    2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
    2 Tbsp maple syrup

Directions

Combine the garlic, ginger, soy sauce and syrup. Throw the fillets and the glaze together in bowl and toss to coat. Arrange fillets in a small baking dish (the smallest dish possible that will fit all of the fish) and pour the remaining glaze over. Refrigerate for up to 1/2 an hour or bake right away.
