Ingredients

1 cup chopped Cantalope
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
4 tbsp honey
1/2 cup water
2.5 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions
place all ingredients in a blender until completely liquid
pour into sauce pan and bring to a boil
lower the heat and simmer about 10-20 minutes stirring occassionally until Glaze thickens. Remove from heat and enjoy.
Serving Size: Makes about 6 1 tbsp servings
