Ingredients

    2 C. Lentils, picked and rinsed
    1 can Cannellini beans
    15 oz. can tomato sauce
    Can Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, with liquid
    1 med. onion, chopped
    6 C. vegetable broth
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    ¼ tsp pepper, or to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to dutch oven, bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover, simmer 25-30 minutes or until lentils are tender.

Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings (approx)
