Ingredients

    *Polenta, Trader Joe's Pre-Cooked, 1/5 of 18 oz tube (3.6 oz/102g), 5 serving (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 227 grams (remove)
    *Trader Joe's Sweet Bell Pepper and Onion Chicken Sausage, 1 serving (remove)
    Cheese, Mild Cheddar Shredded Best Choice (1/3 cup), 28 gram(s) (remove)
    *Kraft Shredded Parmesean Cheese, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, .5 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Lightly spray olive oil in a pie pan. Smoosh half a precooked polenta tube into the bottom to make a crust with waxed paper; take care to make even as possible. Take 8 ounces of presliced mushrooms, and saute up. Cut sausage very thin. Place in mushrooms, sausage, and 1/3rd cup of cheddar cheese. Crumble other half of polenta tube on top of pie, and press down with waxed paper to solidify top.

Bake for 25 minutes, sprinkle on parmesan cheese, and broil for 4 minutes.

Serve with salad side.
