Ingredients

Rolled Oats, 2 cup, dry
Wheat germ, 1 cup
Brown Rice, 1 cup
White Rice, 1 cup
Sunflower Seeds, unroasted and unsalted, .5 cup, hulled
Almonds, .5 cup, sliced
Salt, 1 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
Allspice, 1 tsp
Soy Protein Powder, .5 cup
Maple Syrup, .5 cup
Soy Milk, to moisten
Directions
Toast sunflower seeds and almonds in a dry pan until fragrant and slightly colored.
Grind rice in a food processor until powdered.
Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, stirring well.
Add wet ingredients in small increments, stirring in between additions, making sure all the dry ingredients are moistened and breaking up any big clumps. Add more soy milk if needed.
Spread on sheet pans in a uniform layer, breaking up large clumps while clumping some loose crumbs together.
Dry in a 300-F preheated oven, stirring every 5-10 minutes, until mixture is dry and toasted. Remove from oven and let cool COMPLETELY before storing in an airtight container.
