Ingredients

    Rolled Oats, 2 cup, dry
    Wheat germ, 1 cup
    Brown Rice, 1 cup
    White Rice, 1 cup
Sunflower Seeds, unroasted and unsalted, .5 cup, hulled
    Almonds, .5 cup, sliced
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    Allspice, 1 tsp
    Soy Protein Powder, .5 cup
    Maple Syrup, .5 cup
    Soy Milk, to moisten

Directions

Toast sunflower seeds and almonds in a dry pan until fragrant and slightly colored.

Grind rice in a food processor until powdered.

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl, stirring well.

Add wet ingredients in small increments, stirring in between additions, making sure all the dry ingredients are moistened and breaking up any big clumps. Add more soy milk if needed.

Spread on sheet pans in a uniform layer, breaking up large clumps while clumping some loose crumbs together.

Dry in a 300-F preheated oven, stirring every 5-10 minutes, until mixture is dry and toasted. Remove from oven and let cool COMPLETELY before storing in an airtight container.
