Ingredients

    2 pouches Chunk light tuna in water
    2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
    2 Tbsp Sweet relish
    1 wedge Laughing Cow low fat cheese (any flavor)
    1 Tbsp Kraft Mayo with Olive oil
    Sprinkle of your favorite herbs

Directions

Mix tuna, egg, relish together, add cheese and mayo, mix well, sprinkle with herbs. Makes 2 very generous servings to eat with whole grain toast or crackers.
