Ingredients

    Philadelphia Cooking Creme Santa Fe 1/4 cup
    Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    *Summer Squash, 3 large
    Mexican Cheese, queso anejo, grated, 1 oz
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

Dice squash and boil till soft. In a blender add 1 cup milk and cooked squash. Blend till soupy. Pour back into pot. Add 1/2 cup Philadelphia Santa Fe Cooking Creme, salt, and pepper. Stir over heat. Serve topped with cheese.
