Ingredients

    1/4 stick butter
    2 cups English peas, drained
    1 cup asparagus tips, drained
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    4 Tbs. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1 cup mushroom soup
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Directions

Butter casserole dish. Make layers of next four ingredients. Add mushroom soup and milk. Cover with cracker crumbs and use remaining butter on top.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
