Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 400g
Bacon, 2 medium slices, 50g
Onions, raw, 400 grams
Egg, fresh, 1 large
Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp
Garlic powder, 2 tbsp
hamburger Buns, Wheat, Trader Joe's, 10 serving
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 3 leaf, large
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 180 grams
*A1 steak Sauce, 1 tbsp
Directions
Prepare a bowl to mix the ingredients. Then we have to mix our ingreadients which are :
400g minced beef without Fat
2 medium slices of bacon cooked (raw product packed )
200g of copped onions
1 Large egg
1 Tbsp Thyme ground
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 Tsp ground garlic
When all the ingredients are mixed good , use the burger ring to give the burger the shape of a circle with a thickness of about 1cm. When they are ready put them in a freeze for approx 2.5 hours until they harden.
Method how to cook:
Prepare a cooking pan spray 2 times with low calorie oil , start frying until it becomes brown colored and then turn to the other side and do the same.
Prepare the Buns with sauce , chopped lettuce , tomato slices , onion and then serve.
