    kale (or spinach, collards, chard.. any greens for calcium and iron)
    any frozen fruits
    Soy or regular yogurt
    carrots (if you like them)
    flax seed meal
    cinnimon
    almond or regular milk
    anything you want to put in there...
    honey, apple juice, etc...
