    2 broiled chicken breasts, cut bite size
    1 lb broiled buffalo sausage, cut bite size
    1 chopped zucchini
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped jalapeno
    16oz. ronzoni healthy harvest rotini
    1/2 c. water
    28oz. diced tomatoes
    pepper
    garlic
    cajun seasoning
    cayenne pepper
    parsley

Directions

cook flour and butter in a large skillet until browned. add veggies and cook until tender. cook pasta and drain. add meats and pasta and season.
