    2 pounds Frozen boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
    14.5 oz can Fat Free Reduced Sodium Beef Broth
    1 Packet (4 tbs) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
    4 oz can of Mushrooms, Drained
    1 Can Campbell's Healthy Requests Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions

Combine All Ingredients in a Crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Serve with rice, noodles, or vegetables (not included in nutrition info)
