Introduction

If you're like me, good sushi is a rare luxury, but a good tuna sandwich can be had any day of the week. This sandwich will satisfy the sushi craving without breaking the bank or your diet.
The wasabi mustard is the crucial ingredient in this sandwich. Any brand of tuna can be used, but I have listed Polar tuna out of personal preference. Note that I have used a lot of lettuce for this sandwich which will make it more filling and nutritious, but you can use less if desired.
