Introduction

Super quick & delicious side dish that is an excellent compliment to roasted chicken and a fresh change from the standard rice or potato dish. Not to mention good for you! Ingredients

    4 Medium Sweet Potatoes, cubed with skin
    3 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary or 1 tbsp dried
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    sea salt to taste





Directions

Mix sweet potatoes, rosemary and salt in bowl.

Heat pan or skillet to medium high heat then add oil to cover bottom. Once oil is hot add remaining ingredients. Saute sweet potatoes until golden brown and softened, about 5 minutes. Stir often to prevent sticking or burning. Serve while hot.
