Ingredients

    2 Egg
    1 tsp. Black pepper
    1 tbsp. Paprika
    1 tbsp. Chili powder
    2 cups Salsa
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 onion, chopped finely
    2 carrots, chopped finely
    1 cup Kraft "taco" style cheese mix

Directions

1. Preheat oven 350
2. Grate the onions and carrots.
3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
4. Spoon mixture into muffin tin spots and top with a little Salsa
5. Bake until temperature of Turkey Salsa Muffin is 160 degrees

Serving Size: makes 18 2 inch pieces
