    1 large English cucumber
    1 can Lychees, drained and rinsed (this may not be accurately reflected in the calories)
    1/2 cup toasted almond slivers
    4 larger mint sprigs (not figured into calories)

    2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
    salt and pepper
