Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    can be made with regular coffee or decaf:
    2 oz. boiling water
    2 tablespoons instant coffee
    2 heaping tablespoons sugar (or sugar substitute Equal)
    4-6 ice cubes (or more)
    1 cup skim milk. (or chocolate milk...or regular milk)
    Mix first 3 ingredients together to make a syrup, put into blender. Add ice cubes and blend until slushy. Add milk and blend until frothy.

Directions

Play around with this recipe until you have the consistency you like. I usually end up making a large blender full that will fill 4 large glasses which reduces the calorie content even more.
