Ingredients

    500 gr beef, 3 medium carrots, 1 large onion, 1 cup chopped peppers, 8 cups of water.

Directions

First boil the meat until it becomes tender, throw away the first water and cut the meat up in small pieces. Refill container with fresh water and start boiling again. After boiling point add carrots, onion and whatever other veggies you might like, according to each's taste. After a while add the peppers (they take a smaller amoun of time to boil unlike the carrots, thus must be added later so they're taste is preserved).
