    6 sweet sausages
    2 med onions
    1 lg red pepper
    6 eggs
    1 loaf of bread cubed without crusts
    Grated cheese
    Lg , deep frying pan
    Lg oblong pyrex baking dish


Remove casing from 6 sausages
Pull them apart into small bits. Put them into a large non-stick frying pan with a little bit of oil. Add diced onions and red pepper.
Cover the pan.
Turn these ingredients till the sausage is cooked and the veggies are glassy.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add basil, and dark raisins.
Add cubed fresh bread with the crusts removed.
Add 6 beaten eggs.
Add grated cheese.
Mix well till it is all tacky.
Place in a sprayed pyrex oblong baking dish and bake at 350 till brown and
Some bubbles appear. @ 1 hour
