Introduction

High protein chunky granola which can also be combined with dried fruit and additional nuts for a great trail mix. High protein chunky granola which can also be combined with dried fruit and additional nuts for a great trail mix.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3.5 cups of rolled oats
    1 cup raw cashews
    .5 cup sesame seeds
    .5 cup sliced almonds
    1 cup finely chopped roasted peanuts
    1 cup coconut

    .5 cup sunflower oil
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    .5 cup honey

Directions

Oil large cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 325.

Stir together dry ingredients, then add the squishy stuff.
spread over cookie sheet.

Bake for 15-25 until golden brown, stirring every 5-10 minutes. When finished cooking DO NOT STIR. Allow to cool fully on the pan and then brake into pieces.

Store in an airtight jar.

Note: If you prefer more of a loose muesli type consistency, then stir while still warm.
