This is a nice meal that you can put on top of some Organic Baby Spring Mix or your favorite lettuce, you can make lettuce cups also or just put it in between two slices of your favorite bread! Ingredients

1 whole can (8 0z)Kirkland(or any) canned chiken breast meat
8 tablespoons Bestfoods Reduced fat Mayo
1/2 cup Cherry Berry Blend Dried fruit
1/4 tsp chilli powder
3 Tbsp Curry Powder
2 Dashes Sea Salt
2 Dashes Pepper
Directions
Open can, Drain liquid, place chicken breast chunks in a plasctic container that has a lid,
Add 1/2 cup dried cherry berry blend
then add curry powder, chili powder salt, and black pepper.
Stir up a little to get seasonings mixed n well, add 8 tablesspoons of reduced fat mayo, mix in stir up till everything is blended well.
Done!
You can have it like that or you can chill it in the fridge!
Place in between bread or on salad or however you like it!
Serving Size: Makes 3, 2.5 oz servings or 4, 2 oz servings
