Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Ground beef, 100 grams
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium sliced
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves finely chopped
    Olive Oil, 0.25 cup
    Parsley, 1 cup chopped
    Canned Tomatoes, 400 grams chopped
    Red Wine, 0.50 glass (3.5 fl oz)

Directions


Fry the onion and garlic in half the olive oil till golden.
Add the rest of the olive oil, the beef and the carrots and stir till beef is browned.
Add tomatoes, wine and water.
Bring to boil, cover and lower heat to let it simmer.
Add the parsley towards the end.
Peas, sweetcorn and peppers may be added.
it is served with pasta or mashed potatoes.

Tip: when frying the onion and garlic you can add a little water so it does not burn
